A 50% booking feee will be required to secure your booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule- please give at least 24h notice. Your booking fee will be refunded or transferred
Cancellations after this time will result in the full treatment price being charged before a new appointment will be made.

These are electronic forms that you will be required to complete before your first treatment. We need essential information about health, any allergies, current medications, and your treatment goals. These forms will be updated regularly, and please inform your therapist if there are any changes to your health or preferences.
You will also be asked to sign GDPR Privacy Notice Form.

For certain treatments such as tinting, lash lifts, eyelash extensions and other treatments that involve chemical or potential allergies you will be required to have a patch test at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

The Beauty Collective gift cards are available to buy via our website and in salon. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase can be redeemable against treatments and products.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, they are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
