Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or using any services provided by The Beauty Collective. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend ("no-shows"), may result in:

  • A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost
  • A requirement to pay a deposit to secure future bookings

We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or the appointment needing to be rescheduled, at our discretion. The full treatment fee may still apply.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if we believe it may be unsafe for you.

A patch test may be required prior to certain treatments (e.g. tinting, lash lifts). Failure to complete a required patch test may result in the treatment being declined.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and card payments. Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of booking will be honoured.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

7. Results & Liability

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for every client, individual results may vary depending on skin type, nail health, and other personal factors. The Beauty Collective is not liable for any adverse reactions where the client has failed to disclose relevant medical or allergy information prior to treatment.

8. Children on Premises

For the comfort of all clients and for health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that children under 16 are not brought onto the premises unless they are receiving a treatment themselves.

9. Personal Belongings

The Beauty Collective is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to The Beauty Collective and may not be reproduced without written permission. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website but cannot guarantee it is always up to date.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
